일반 렌트어카로 들어가는건 참으로 어리석은 행동이구만요
이 보험 얘기는 Rent-racecar에서 렌트했을때의 보험이나 자기 소유의 보험 들어진 차를 몰고 갔을 때의 보험 이야기 입니다.
일반 렌트카 회사에서는 링에서 모는 것 자체를 허용하지 않는 경우가 대부분이며,
당연히 그 보험의 범위도 링에서는 제한됩니다.
그리고 끝까지 읽어 보시면 아시겠지만, 설령 보험 적용이 된다 하더라도 책임소재를 묻는 것이 경찰을 불러 따져야 되므로
상당히 까다로워진다고 써 있습니다. 보험 적용이 될 수도 있단 소리지 100% 된다는 소리가 아닙니다.
Furthermore, since the track during Touristenfahrten is actually a normal toll road subjected to German traffic law, the insurance company of the driver who caused an accident is responsible to cover the costs. That means that if your accident is caused by another driver his insurance company pays your damage. However, you are responsible for making sure the fault is on the other driver, this can mean that you have to call the police to get the facts right. Please observe that this might not be easy or even feasible, then you remain responsible for the damage on your rental car and must pay the required excess.
일단 이 글에서는 일반 렌탈 차량의 대인/대물 보험 적용이 아예 불가능할 수도 있다는 것에 대해선 전혀 언급이 없습니다. 말씀하신 부분은 자차가 없는 차를 몰다가 사고가 났을 때 경찰을 불러 상대 책임을 입증(=생각만큼 쉽지 않고 불가능할 수도 있는)하지 못하면, 자차 손해에 대한 책임을 자기가 지게 되고 자기부담금(=excess)도 내야 한다는 이야기입니다. 보통 렌터카 회사에선 전액 자차와 자기부담금을 없애주는(혹은 매우 낮은 금액으로 만들어주는) 풀커버 보험옵션도 제공합니다.
Tourist Rides로 들어가면 독일 교통법상 링은 평범한 유료도로 이므로, 일반 도로처럼 보험 회사가 처리한다고 적혀있는데요?
